本隐私政策说明给力云盘如何收集、保护和使用用户信息，用户如何管理个人信息，给力云盘如何通过软件、网站和服务（合称「服务」）保护未成年人隐私，以及本政策的适用与更新。请仔细阅读，尤其注意加粗或特别提示的内容。使用服务前请理解本政策。

一、我们收集哪些数据？
- 账号信息：注册、升级付费服务、设置认证时您提供的信息，如手机号、邮箱、用户名、密码（加密存储）等；
- 您的内容：您上传并存储于服务器的数字内容。我们可能收集文件元数据及必要的内容特征，以遵守法律、防止色情、侵权、暴力或违法内容（对未分享的私人文件，我们不对内容作主动浏览，详见用户协议）；
- 设备信息：IP 地址、浏览器/设备类型、操作系统、App 版本、设备标识符，用于安全、防滥用及故障排查；
- 支付信息：订单号、套餐类型、支付状态、账单地址及支付方式相关信息（完整银行卡号由 Apple/Google/支付宝/微信/Stripe 等处理，我们一般不存储）；
- 防欺诈信息：为识别和防止欺诈而收集的必要信息，如设备信任评分；
- 使用信息：登录时间、功能使用（上传、下载、后台任务、分享、播放等）、日志、崩溃数据、性能及诊断数据；
- 剪贴板（可选）：为便于您快速识别并保存链接或分享码，我们可能在您主动触发相关功能时读取剪贴板中的内容，仅用于当次操作，不会持久存储；
- 其他信息：您自愿提供的反馈、客服沟通内容等。
二、我们如何收集数据？
您直接向给力云盘提供大部分个人信息，例如：
- 注册账号、购买会员、绑定邮箱；
- 填写问卷、通过邮件或 App 内反馈；
- 使用服务时通过 Cookie 或类似技术自动收集（见第七节）。
我们可能间接从以下来源获得信息：第三方登录（若您选择）、防欺诈与安全验证服务商、依法有权提供信息的机构。
三、我们如何使用数据？
- 提供、验证、同步、升级及改进服务；
- 用户认证、账号找回、会员订阅处理；
- 归档、备份及故障排查；
- 提升信息安全、提供客户支持、防止欺诈；
- 发送服务通知（验证码、任务完成提醒等）；
- 遵守法律法规及监管要求。
我们可能与代表我们行事的服务提供商共享必要信息，要求其按本政策处理且不得用于自身目的。我们不会为第三方的独立营销目的出售您的个人信息。
共享情形还包括：经您同意或按您指示；为履行法定义务、国家安全或执法需要；为保护给力云盘、用户或公众合法权益；涉及合并、收购或资产转让时（新主体须继续受本政策约束或重新征得同意）。
四、我们如何存储与保护数据？
- 个人数据及内容存储于我们或服务提供商的服务器，可能位于您所在国家/地区境外；
- 保留期限以实现处理目的所必需为限，或符合商业、税务等法定保留期；期满后将删除或匿名化；
- 采用符合行业标准的 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输、访问控制等安全措施；
- 互联网并非绝对安全，请勿通过未加密邮件、即时通讯发送敏感个人信息，请使用强密码；
- 发生个人信息安全事件时，我们将依法及时告知基本情况、处置措施及您可采取的防范建议；
- 产品或服务停止运营时，将以公告等方式通知，并在 90 日内删除或匿名化个人信息（法律另有规定的除外）。
五、营销
经您同意，我们可能向您发送产品更新、优惠活动等信息。您可随时通过邮件退订或联系 support@geilidrive.com 拒绝营销通讯。拒绝营销不影响服务必需的通知（如验证码、安全提醒）。
六、您的数据保护权利
- 访问权：确认是否正在处理您的个人信息并获取副本；
- 更正权：更正不准确或不完整的信息；
- 删除权：在法定情形下要求删除个人信息；
- 限制处理权：在特定条件下要求限制处理；
- 可携带权：在符合法律规定时以结构化、常用格式获取数据；
- 反对权：对基于合法利益的处理提出反对。
登录 App 后可在个人中心查询或更正部分信息。申请注销账号时，因账号可能含会员等不可逆权益，为防误操作我们可能要求额外身份验证；注销相关信息仅用于安全核验。行使权利请联系 support@geilidrive.com，我们将在合理期限内回复。
七、Cookie 及类似技术
我们使用 Cookie 及类似技术以：
- 保持登录状态；
- 了解服务使用情况并改进体验；
- 记住语言等偏好设置；
- 进行必要的统计分析（匿名化）。
您可通过浏览器设置管理 Cookie；禁用后部分功能可能无法正常使用。移动端广告个性化 opt-out 请遵循各平台（Android/iOS）系统设置说明。
八、未成年人隐私

九、不出售您的个人信息
我们不出售您的个人信息。我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的范围内处理个人信息。
十、个人信息跨境传输
为提供全球可用的云服务，您的个人信息可能被传输至或访问于您所在国家/地区以外的实体。我们将采取适当措施，确保跨境传输符合适用法律并对您的信息提供保护。

服务中可能包含第三方网站或应用链接。本政策仅适用于给力云盘服务；访问第三方时请阅读其隐私政策。
十二、政策的适用与更新
我们定期审查本政策并在本页发布更新。重大变更将通过 App 弹窗、官网公告等方式通知；法律要求征得同意的，我们将征得您的同意。

I. What Data Do We Collect?
- Account Information: phone, email, username, password (encrypted), etc.;
- Your Content: files you upload; metadata and necessary signals to comply with law and prevent illegal content (private unshared files are not proactively reviewed—see User Agreement);
- Device Information: IP, browser/device type, OS, App version, identifiers;
- Payment Information: order ID, plan, status, billing details (full card numbers handled by payment providers);
- Fraud Prevention: device trust scores and related signals;
- Usage Information: logins, uploads, downloads, background tasks, sharing, playback, logs, crash/diagnostic data;
- Clipboard (optional): links or share codes read only when you trigger related features, used once, not stored;
- Other: feedback and support communications you voluntarily provide.
II. How Do We Collect Data?
Most data is provided directly when you register, subscribe, bind email, give feedback, or use Services (including cookies). We may also receive data from third-party login (if chosen), security/fraud partners, or as required by law.
III. How Will We Use Data?
To provide, verify, sync, upgrade, and improve Services; authenticate users; recover accounts; archive/backup; enhance security and support; prevent fraud; send service notifications; comply with law. Service providers act on our instructions and may not use data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data for third-party marketing. Sharing also occurs with consent, legal requirements, protection of rights, or corporate transactions with continued Policy binding.
IV. Storage and Protection
Data stored on our or providers' servers, possibly outside your country. Retained only as long as necessary or legally required, then deleted or anonymized. HTTPS/TLS and access controls applied. Internet is not absolutely secure—use strong passwords. Security incidents reported as required by law. On service cessation, notice given and data deleted/anonymized within 90 days unless law requires otherwise.
V. Marketing
With consent, we may send product updates or promotions. Opt out anytime via email or support@geilidrive.com. Service-essential notices are unaffected.
VI. Your Data Protection Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. Manage some data in App account settings. Account deletion may require identity verification to prevent accidental loss of premium benefits. Contact support@geilidrive.com to exercise rights.
VII. Cookies
Cookies used to keep you signed in, understand usage, remember preferences, and for analytics. Browser controls available; some features may not work if disabled.
VIII. Minors
We do not knowingly collect from anyone under 14 (or local minimum age). Users under 14 must not register or submit personal data; use under guardian consent and supervision. If we discover minors' data, we will delete it promptly. Contact support@geilidrive.com.
IX. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information.
X. Cross-Border Transfer
Data may be transferred or accessed outside your country with appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
XI. Other Websites
This Policy applies to GLCloud Services only; read third-party policies when leaving our Services.

We review and update this Policy regularly. Material changes notified via App or website; consent sought where required.
